Triceros oweni

This small male was presented to me in June 2023 during a visit. The local community believes that chameleons are very dangerous and that their claws d raw blood. As you can see, this juvenile is far from dangerous and, while being dark brown on arrival and clearly not happy, rapidly 'greened up' and was released into a large Albizia tree.
